We're looking for an experienced AV/IT Integration Technician who can work confidently in the field, troubleshoot complex systems, communicate with clients, and take ownership of projects from pre-wire through final commissioning and service.

What You'll Do

• Commercial and residential audio/video systems
• Home theaters and media rooms
• Home automation systems
• Lighting control systems
• Security systems
• Access Control
• Low-voltage infrastructure cabling
• Wi-Fi Networks
• Equipment racks, infrastructure, and system organization
• System commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and service
• Programming and configuration of integrated technology systems

An opportunity is available for an experienced technician with the ability to install, configure, troubleshoot, and service a variety of integrated technology systems. Projects may involve Vantage Lighting Control, Lutron HomeWorks, RTI, Savant, Ruckus, Luxel, IC Realtime, Hikvision, Sonos, HEOS by Denon, and other related platforms.

You may be involved throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-wire and installation through programming, configuration, final commissioning, and ongoing service.

• Lutron HomeWorks
• RTI
• Savant
• Ruckus
• Luxel
• IC Realtime
• Hikvision
• Sonos
• HEOS by Denon

Experience with multiple manufacturers and integrated technology platforms is encouraged.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who understands how integrated technology systems work together and is comfortable taking responsibility in the field.

The right candidate should have experience with residential or commercial AV, smart-home technology, low-voltage systems, networking, lighting control, security, or related technology integration.

You should be comfortable reading wiring diagrams, plans, and technical documentation, working independently, troubleshooting problems, and communicating professionally with homeowners, builders, project managers, and other trades.

Qualifications

• Previous professional experience in AV, IT, low-voltage, electronics, smart-home technology, or a related field
• Hands-on installation and service experience
• Working knowledge of IP-based systems and networking
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
• Comfortable working on ladders and performing physical installation work
• Professional appearance and communication
• Ability to pass a background check
